Gentle Flow Adult Classes
This Gentle Flow class is a slow-paced, healing yoga practice. Explore your yoga practice and find inner-calmness in a safe, comfortable space. Our small classes are a place to practice self-care, self-compassion and acceptance towards yourself in a non-judgmental environment. This mindful class is suitable for everyone- no experience necessary and perfect for all bodies. Beginners and those with yoga experience will appreciate the soft energy of the class. We will breathe, move, strengthen, stretch, and rest.
Young Women’s Yoga Class
The intent for our Young Women’s Class is for each young women to come away feeling strong and in power…spirit, mind and body. The breath and movement (asanas) of the yoga practice is a tool to help with anxiety off the yoga mat and into your world. Each class will include centering breath, a flow yoga practice, and restful restorative poses. The practices will help us practice kindness and non-judgement toward ourselves. This class is for ages 15-23.

Private Group Yoga Classes
Connecting through a private, personalized yoga class can be a wonderful way to build self-image as well as relationships and support for one another.
