Positive Minds, Positive Vibes (for Rising 6th Graders)

Alice and Samantha are excited to launch Positive Minds, Positive Vibes: a group to help your child grow their confidence getting back into the classroom. This group will focus on enhancing social skills, learning the tools to build positive relationships, regulating emotions, and creating a more positive outlook on transitioning back to school.

Your child will walk away with:

• Increased confidence around returning to school
• Skills to enhance emotional regulation
• A foundation for building positive relationships
